Tonia “Coach T” Dunbar is the founder and President of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. A corporate executive, multi-business owner, and longtime advocate for youth development, Tonia brings extensive experience in leadership, strategy, organizational growth, and building high-performing teams. She founded Metro Fire to expand competitive opportunities for girls while creating an environment where young athletes are challenged, supported, and exposed to possibilities they may not have previously seen for themselves. Her vision extends far beyond football. Tonia is committed to developing confident leaders, strengthening the community, and ensuring every athlete has someone pushing her toward her greater potential. As President, Tonia leads Metro Fire with purpose, accountability, and a strong commitment to responsible growth. She believes the organization’s success should be measured not only by its performance on the field, but also by the lasting impact it makes in the lives of its athletes and families.

Keishia Moore serves as Vice President of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing the perspective of a lifelong athlete, dedicated coach, program builder, and advocate for women and girls in flag football. With 16 years of playing experience, Keishia continues to compete at a high level as a quarterback with a specialization in defense, giving her a deep understanding of the game from both sides of the ball. Beyond Metro Fire, Keishia founded a local women’s flag football team to create opportunities for female athletes to compete, connect, and grow through the sport. Her experience as both a player and program builder gives her a valuable perspective on athlete development and the importance of creating spaces where women and girls can see themselves, challenge themselves, and thrive. As Vice President, Keishia works alongside the Metro Fire leadership team to guide the organization’s growth, strengthen its programs, and shape a culture rooted in discipline, resilience, teamwork, and belonging. Her goal is to help every athlete recognize her potential and understand that she belongs in every space she chooses to enter.

Lacey Clinton serves as Director-at-Large for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing a valuable combination of athletic experience, coaching, sales leadership, and a passion for developing young athletes. A former athlete and longtime coach, Lacey spent more than 10 years coaching youth sports, primarily girls basketball, where she mentored and developed athletes both on and off the court. With more than 15 years of experience in sales, leadership, coaching, and team development, Lacey understands the importance of accountability, confidence, communication, and strong team culture. Her approach centers on helping young athletes recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and understand that their potential extends far beyond the scoreboard. As a member of the Metro Fire leadership team, Lacey is committed to creating opportunities for girls to compete, grow, and develop into confident young women and leaders. She believes sports can be a powerful vehicle for building character, discipline, resilience, and lifelong confidence. Her goal is to help create an environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Lauren Gasser serves as Secretary of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. An educator, leader, and proud mother to her daughters, Brooklyn and Blakely, Lauren brings 17 years of experience advocating for students, empowering educators, and creating systems that make a meaningful difference. A former collegiate athlete who competed in both softball and tennis, Lauren is a lifelong sports fan and proud UGA Dawg. Her commitment to empowering girls is deeply personal. As the girl who was always playing with the boys, she learned early that girls belong in the same spaces, on the same fields, and at the same tables. Today, she is passionate about ensuring the next generation of girls knows they belong, too. Outside of her professional and community work, Lauren enjoys cheering on her daughters, traveling, shopping, spending time with family, and living life with faith, purpose, and plenty of laughter.

Taylor Pringle serves as Treasurer of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing experience in tax strategy, financial management, bookkeeping, and business ownership to the organization. As the owner of Pringle Financial Services, she is committed to financial education, accountability, and helping individuals and organizations build strong foundations for the future. In her role as Treasurer, Taylor helps ensure Metro Fire remains financially responsible, transparent, and prepared to fulfill its mission for years to come. Beyond the numbers, she is passionate about creating opportunities that foster confidence, growth, leadership, and success for the girls Metro Fire serves. Taylor believes that investing in our girls today helps shape strong, empowered women for tomorrow.

Mammie Price serves as Director of Development for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing extensive experience in corporate leadership, strategic operations, and community engagement. A former multi-year basketball athlete and seasoned executive, Mammie understands the power of sports to build confidence, character, and leadership. In her role, she focuses on expanding Metro Fire’s reach by cultivating relationships, developing strategic partnerships, supporting fundraising initiatives, and securing the resources needed for the organization to grow sustainably. Her professional background spans administrative leadership, procurement strategy, insurance and real estate, and the development of high-performing teams, allowing her to approach this work with both precision and heart. Mammie believes a successful athletic program must create opportunities that extend far beyond the field. She is committed to helping Metro Fire connect its athletes with the resources, experiences, mentors, and community support they need to compete confidently, grow as leaders, and recognize the full range of possibilities available to them.

Katrina Moore serves as Director of Community Engagement for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing more than a decade of experience as a child welfare professional and community advocate working with children, families, and complex systems. As a dedicated sports mom, she also understands firsthand the important role athletics can play in a young person’s development and the value of a strong support system for both athletes and their families. Katrina brings a deep commitment to relationship-building, collaboration, and meaningful community impact. In her role, she focuses on cultivating partnerships and creating opportunities that connect Metro Fire athletes and families with resources, organizations, mentors, and experiences beyond the field. She believes youth sports can be a powerful platform for building confidence, character, leadership, resilience, and positive relationships. Katrina is committed to strengthening Metro Fire’s community presence and helping create an environment where every athlete and family feels supported, connected, and empowered. Her goal is to ensure Metro Fire serves not only as a competitive athletic program, but also as a trusted community that helps girls recognize their potential and thrive in every area of their lives.

Veronica Frierson is a youth mentor, sports chaplain, and digital marketing professional with experience spanning healthcare, education, athletics, and youth development. She holds a master’s degree in Sports Chaplaincy and has worked closely with student-athletes, young people, families, and community leaders. Veronica brings expertise in youth and athlete development, mentorship, communications, and leadership, along with a perspective grounded in character, accountability, personal growth, positive decision-making, and trusted relationships. As a Non-Voting Advisor, she provides youth-centered insight shaped by her experience mentoring and supporting young people. Veronica supports Metro Fire’s mission by contributing her knowledge and perspective while helping identify opportunities to positively impact, empower, and prepare the next generation.

Jessica Gaines serves as Director of Marketing for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. As the Accessibility and Belonging Manager at Richland Library, she brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, community outreach, and building meaningful connections that help organizations and the people they serve thrive. In her role with Metro Fire, Jessica leads efforts to strengthen the organization’s visibility, brand, and community presence. She helps shape and share the Metro Fire story, ensuring its mission and impact reach the athletes, families, partners, sponsors, and supporters who make the program possible. Jessica believes strong communication, representation, and community connection are essential to creating an environment where young athletes feel seen, supported, and valued. Jessica is committed to helping Metro Fire grow as both a competitive athletic program and a trusted community resource. Her goal is to amplify the organization’s impact, deepen its community relationships, and help create more opportunities for girls to discover their confidence, resilience, leadership, and potential.

As Head Coach of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, Tonia “Coach T” Dunbar brings the perspective of a former high school athlete, a flag football mom, and a coach with two seasons of experience leading athletes through the Blitz Flames program. Coach T is passionate about developing the whole player. Her coaching approach combines high expectations, accountability, competitive preparation, and genuine care for each athlete. She is committed to building a strong sisterhood and team culture where players are supported while being challenged to reach their highest potential. Passionate and compassionate, Coach T believes athletes grow when they are given both encouragement and clear standards. Her goal is to help every player become more confident, disciplined, and prepared to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life. For Coach T, it is bigger than football. It is about helping girls recognize their abilities, gain meaningful exposure, and become the leaders they are capable of being.

As Assistant Head Coach of Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, Keishia “Coach Ke” Moore brings 16 years of playing experience, including extensive experience as a quarterback and a defensive specialist. A lifelong athlete who continues to compete at a high level, Coach Ke teaches the game through the lens of someone who understands offensive decision-making, defensive strategy, preparation, and execution. As the founder of a local women’s flag football team, she has also created opportunities for female athletes to compete, build community, and grow through the sport. Coach Ke is committed to developing knowledgeable, confident, and disciplined players who understand both the fundamentals of the game and their responsibility to the team. Her coaching approach emphasizes accountability, resilience, communication, and competitive growth. She wants every Metro Fire athlete to challenge herself, trust her abilities, and know that she belongs on the field and in every space she chooses to enter.

Taija “Coach Taija” Johnson serves as Quarterbacks/Center Coach for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. A native of Boynton Beach, Florida, she developed a love for football at an early age and began playing both flag and tackle football at just four years old. Her years of experience playing and competing shaped her deep understanding of the game and inspired her commitment to creating opportunities for the next generation of female athletes. As a Physical Education teacher and flag football coach, Coach Taija combines her passion for sports with a dedication to youth development. She believes athletics can teach valuable life lessons while building confidence, discipline, leadership, and teamwork both on and off the field. At Metro Fire, Coach Taija is committed to helping quarterbacks and centers strengthen their fundamentals, timing, exchanges, communication, and football knowledge while growing into confident leaders. She takes pride in helping young athletes discover their potential, sharpen their skills, and develop a lasting love for the game. Her guiding motto is: “Dream big, work hard, and never stop believing in what you’re capable of achieving.”

Lacey “Coach Lacey” Clinton serves as Skills/Assistant Coach for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football, bringing the perspective of a former athlete and more than 10 years of youth coaching experience. With a primary background in girls basketball, Coach Lacey has spent years mentoring and developing young athletes both on and off the court. Her coaching approach emphasizes fundamentals, accountability, confidence, communication, and strong team culture. As part of the Metro Fire coaching staff, Coach Lacey supports athletes as they sharpen their skills, improve their athletic movement and game awareness, overcome challenges, and develop the discipline required to compete at a high level. Coach Lacey believes sports are a powerful vehicle for building character, resilience, leadership, and lifelong confidence. She is committed to creating an environment where every athlete feels supported, challenged, and empowered to recognize her strengths and reach her full potential on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Shameka “Coach Meka” Marshall serves as Agility, Strength & Conditioning Coach for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. A Columbia, South Carolina native, she developed a passion for physical fitness at an early age while growing up in a military family. Beginning at just three years old, she joined her father for nightly pushups and pullups, building the foundation for a lifelong commitment to strength, discipline, and active living. Today, Coach Meka is a fitness instructor and personal trainer at Warrior Warehouse, where she helps individuals challenge themselves, surpass their fitness goals, and build sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being. Her philosophy is simple: fit fitness into your lifestyle, because an active life matters no matter how busy or demanding life becomes. At Metro Fire, Coach Meka is committed to helping athletes improve their agility, strength, conditioning, confidence, and overall performance. She brings energy, encouragement, and accountability to every training session, preparing players to compete at their highest level while developing healthy habits that extend far beyond the field.

Deondria “Coach Dee” Durham serves as Statistician/Assistant Coach for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. A proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, she brings a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, service, and teamwork to the organization. Coach Dee also works as an HVAC instructor, sharing her technical expertise and passion for teaching with the next generation. In her dual role with Metro Fire, Coach Dee supports athletes and coaches on the field while helping track and document individual and team performance. Her organization, accuracy, and attention to detail help the coaching staff recognize progress, identify development opportunities, and make informed decisions that support each athlete’s growth. Coach Dee is passionate about creating safe spaces where young people can learn, make mistakes, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. Guided by the belief that no one gets left behind, she is committed to meeting athletes where they are and helping each one become the best version of herself. Her motto is: “Build the foundation, teach the fundamentals, and watch people rise to their full potential.”

Hayden “Miss Hay-Hay” Moore serves as Mini Team Manager for Metro Fire Girls Flag Football. As the youngest member of the Coaching Staff, she brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and plenty of personality to the organization. Hayden helps keep the team organized, supports coaches and athletes on game days, and enjoys being involved behind the scenes. Through her role, she is learning the importance of teamwork, responsibility, communication, and leadership while gaining firsthand experience in youth sports. Hayden is excited to grow alongside Metro Fire, cheer on the athletes, and, of course, make sure everybody is doing what they are supposed to do!
